My wife and I lived here our first year after our wedding. She had it herself for 6 months before that. We had an excellent experience. We felt like we had plenty of space in the single deluxe, and loved the freedom to paint, hang pictures, and even hang our television! I’ve heard stories from friends of other places that would charge, or not allow at all any sort of “holes” for hanging things. maintenance was always quick to respond if we ever had trouble...I would definitely recommend... - Dj

The leasing office is full of very kind, eager to help staff. The maintenance guys are phenomenal and always do a wonderful repair/quick fix job whenever needed. They answer emails promptly, always pick up the phone, etc...my neighbors are very quiet, the yard is well maintained, the trash is always taken out on trash day, and I love all the trees surrounding my apartment. Makes the entire atmosphere feel cozy and keeps out the noises from Lake Michigan Drive. Definitely recommend! - Morgan

My experience at Apple Ridge has been very pleasant. Have not had a single problem. Office workers have always been very pleasant and professional, and maintenance is always on their A-Game.
