I've rented here since 2019 and I've never had any complaints. The office and maintenance team answer all issues in a quick and speedy manner. My wife and I lived here our first year after our wedding. She had it herself for 6 months before that. We had an excellent experience. We felt like we had plenty of space in the single deluxe, and loved the freedom to paint, hang pictures, and even hang our television! I’ve heard stories from friends of other places that would charge, or not allow at all any sort of “holes” for hanging things. maintenance was always quick to respond if we ever had trouble...I would definitely recommend... - Dj
